Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions, trials and paid access to the GEOSTRAT service at geostrat.cc. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.

All fees are non-refundable

Access to GEOSTRAT is sold as a time-limited subscription. Except where a refund is strictly required by mandatory law, we do not provide refunds of any kind — including for unused time, partial subscription periods, accidental or duplicate purchases, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the Service. Redeem/access codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

Service interruptions

The Service is provided “as available” and may be unavailable, delayed, degraded or incomplete from time to time. We do not issue refunds for interruptions or reduced data quality. Where the Service suffers a prolonged, verified outage, our sole remedy — at our discretion — is to add an equivalent amount of time to your subscription, so you are not charged for time you could not use. No monetary compensation is provided.

Cancellation

You may stop using the Service or let your subscription lapse at any time. Cancelling ends future access at the close of the current paid period and does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.
